Objective: To study the antioxidation activity and protective effect of ginger oil on DNA damage.
Method: Chemical light assay was used to detect the oxygen radicals scavenging capacity of ginger oil. The erythrocyte oxidation damage was induced by H2O2.

- Various methods were used to purify FAS from goose glands and human SKBr3 breast cancer cells, with triclosan applied at different concentrations and time intervals to assess its inhibitory effects.
- Triclosan showed significant inhibition of FAS activity in both goose glands and human cancer cells, with higher concentrations leading to greater inhibition, particularly noticeable over time.
