Objective: To observe the alteration of thoracic and lumbar physiological curvature in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS) and the difference of physiological curvature between different types of scoliosis.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 305 adolescent patients taken full spine X-ray in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021. The patients were divided into normal group and scoliosis group.

To investigate the organic cultivation mode for high-yield and high-quality melon, we measured the growth of melon that grown in pots with different conditions of organic nutrient solution and irrigation. There were three irrigation frequencies of organic nutrient solution (8-time application, each time 750 mL per plant, F; 12-time application, each time 500 mL per plant, F; 16-time application, each time 375 mL per plant, F) and two different irrigation amount per single plant (irrigating by 120% daily evapotranspiration (ET) before fruit enlargement, by 140%ET after fruit enlargement, W; irrigating by 140%ET before fruit enlargement, by 160%ET after fruit enlargement, W), following a randomized block trial design. The effects of those treatments on photosynthetic characteristics, yield, quality, fertilizer and water use efficiency of melon were investigated.

Objective: To explore the pathomorphological change of the atlanto-occipital segment of vertebral artery (V3 part) related with cervical vertigo.

Methods: From June 1999 to November 2011, the pathomorphological change of the atlanto-occipital segment of vertebral artery were observed in 1680 patients with cervical vertigo using 3D-CTA technology. The clinical data of these patients were analyzed.

Objective: To analyze the data of angle variation on traction based on a finite element model of complete cervical spine with straight physiological curvature, and try to give experimental reference and suggestion in treating cervical spondylosis.

Methods: A 43-year-old female patient with straight cervical spine was chosen and the CT scan data were collected. By using specially designed modeling system, a high quality finite element model of complete cervical spine with straight physiological curvature is generated, which included ligament and muscle according to anatomy.

Objective: To explore an effective method for treating Gentamicin-induced deafness and the mechanism.

Methods: Guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (group A), model group (group B), Ligustrazine group (group C), acupuncture group (group D) and Ligustrazine plus acupuncture group (group E). The group C, D and E were treated respectively by simple Ligustrazine, simple acupuncture at "Tinggong" (SI 19), "Yifeng" (TE 17), and "Waiguan" (TE 5), and Ligustrazine plus acupuncture.
