Pulpal and periapical pathosis are biofilm-induced infections. Understanding the complex nature of endodontic biofilm would help to create a new disinfection strategy to eliminate the microorganism from the root canal system. The intricate canal structure creates challenges for proper disinfection, necessitating the need to understand the biofilm structure, composition, and mechanism within the biofilm community.

Purpose: The study aimed to (a) assess the sleep pattern changes and the level of fatigue among COVID positive adults (b) determine the association of sociodemographic and lifestyle factors () on sleep pattern and level of fatigue c) examine the relationship between sleep and fatigue, and between sleep problems, sleep quality and fatigue, among a community sample of COVID-19 affected adults.

Methods: A non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional survey design was used. Participants were adults, between 18 and 63 years  = , who tested positive for COVID-19 infection using RT-PCR or Antigen test, confined to home quarantine/under observation, and without any complications.

A key challenge in nursing education is how to teach the students clinical competencies effectively and to provide opportunities for practicing the fundamental nursing skills safely. The purpose of this study was to examine the competency scores of practicing a clinical skill and the satisfaction level of nursing students on three instructional methods using an action research: the online self-paced interactive video learning, demonstration-only method, and a video demonstration in class. Participants were both male and female nursing students enrolled in the Foundations of Nursing Course ( = 26, 6 males and 20 females; mean age = 19.
