Breast Cancer among Cancer Patients Visiting the Department of Internal Medicine of a Tertiary Centre.

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide both in terms of incidence and mortality. Its incidence has been on an increasing trend in developing nations including Nepal, however, there is very limited evidence of its demographic profile in our setting. This study aimed to find out the prevalence of breast cancer among cancer patients visiting the Department of Internal Medicine of a tertiary centre.

Neonatal lupus erythematosus manifested as a complete heart block: A case report.

Key Clinical Message: Fetal bradycardia and congenital complete heart block could be the presentation of neonatal lupus. A high index of suspicion of this condition helps to identify an asymptomatic mother.

Therapeutic drug level of tacrolimus causing intracranial hemorrhage in a patient with renal transplant.

Tacrolimus is used in solid organ transplant patients to prevent rejection, and no case of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) has been reported till date. We report a case of 31-year-old man with diabetes and hypertension for ten years who had a renal transplant four years back; diagnosed with tacrolimus-induced ICH.
