Purpose: This study aims to investigate the diagnostic accuracy of various deep learning methods on DCE-MRI, in order to provide a simple and accessible tool for predicting pathologic response of NAC in breast cancer patients.

Methods: In this study, we enrolled 313 breast cancer patients who had complete DCE-MRI data and underwent NAC followed by breast surgery. According to Miller-Payne criteria, the efficacy of NAC was categorized into two groups: the patients achieved grade 1-3 of Miller-Payne criteria were classified as the non-responders, while patients achieved grade 4-5 of Miller-Payne criteria were classified as responders.

Protoberberine alkaloids are a group of tetracyclic isoquinoline compounds known for their well-established antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. The richness and diversity of protoberberine alkaloids accumulated in the genus necessitate a comprehensive examination of the biosynthetic machinery to understand their ecological significance. Here, from we identified CcCYP719A1, which could install a methylenedioxy bridge on either ring A or ring D of the protoberberine backbone, thus diverging metabolite flux towards the biosynthesis of various protoberberine components.

The stability of the surrounding rock for the construction excavation and the reinforcement of the lining structure during operation in the water-rich area is a difficult problem for the design of high-head underground turnout pipes. Firstly, according to the mechanism of excavation load release and surrounding rock damage evolution, the seepage effect of excavation in the construction of the forked caves is coupled to the surrounding rock stress damage, and an iterative method of numerical simulation of the coupled mutual feedback effect of excavation surrounding rock stress and seepage is proposed. Then, based on the cracking characteristics of the high internal water pressure reinforced concrete turnpike lining, a numerical analysis method of the coupling interaction between lining cracking and internal water seepage is proposed by coupling internal water seepage to stress damage in the lining by cracking the forked pipe structure.

is a typical gynaecological formula with wild usage in traditional Chinese medicine. (JFS) is a novel ingredient prescription from with antiendometriosis effect in unclear mechanisms. To uncover the potential application and proapoptotic mechanisms of JFS, JFS ingredient-drug target-disease networks, GO enrichment, and pathway analysis were established for potential application prediction.

Five new sesquiterpene hydroquinones, dactylospongins A-D (1-4) and 19-O-methylpelorol (10), as well as four new sesquiterpene quinones, melemeleones C-E (6-8) and dysidaminone N (9), were isolated from the marine sponge Dactylospongia sp. collected from the South China Sea, along with five known analogues, ent-melemeleone B (5), pelorol (11), 17-O-acetylavarol (12), 20-O-acetylavarol (13), and 20-O-acetylneoavarol (14). The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the published NMR data, while the absolute configurations of new structures were assigned by comparison between the experimental and calculated ECD spectra.
