Objective: To investigate the alterations of signal transducer and activator of transcription factor 6(STAT6) signaling in a mouse model of asthma receiving treatment with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus group 2 allergen(Der p 2) T cell fusion epitope and the mechanisms of the specific immunotherapy.
Methods: Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups by the random number table method: the asthma group, the treatment group receiving immunotherapy with Der p 2 T cell fusion epitope, and the negative control group (PBS group)(n = 10 in each group). Mice in the asthma and the treatment groups received intraperitoneal (i.

Objective: To investigate the specific immune therapeutic effect of the T cell fusion peptide vaccine from group II allergens from (Der p2).
Methods: Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups, namely a negative control group (a PBS group), positive control group (an asthma group) and protein Der p2 T cell fusion epitope for specific immunotherapy (SIT) group (a Der p2 T group). The extract of house dust mites (HDM) was used to establish the asthmatic models in BALB/c mice, and the PBS group was always used with PBS buffer.
Objective: To observe the and its hypopus in feed of .
Methods: Feed samples were collected from farms, and and its hypopus were separated from the samples by the vibration sieve method and floating method. The glass specimens were prepared and and its hypopus were observed under an optical microscope.

Objective: To investigate the condition of Acaroid mite breeding in university canteen common condiments.
Methods: Thirteen kinds of condiments of the public cafeteria and 29 kinds of condiments of the canteen warehouse storage were collected. The mites were separated by the method of water film microscopy and an electric powder set, and then the film production; mite identification and counting were performed under a microscope.

Objective: To express and purify the T cell epitope fusion peptide of the major allergen Der p2 from Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus.
Methods: Nucleotide sequences reported to encode four T-cell epitopes (T1-T4) of Der p2 of D. pteronyssinus were linked in the rank of T1-T2-T3-T4.
Baicalin is a flavonoid from the root of huangqin (Scutellaria baicalensis gcorsi, a kind of Traditional Chinese Medicine and food condiment) with two pro phenolic hydroxyls. In this manuscript, high purity of baicalin (95.5 %) was isolated from the root of huangqin and its antioxidant activities were investigated.
