Digital video forensics plays a vital role in judicial forensics, media reports, e-commerce, finance, and public security. Although many methods have been developed, there is currently no efficient solution to real-life videos with illumination noises and jitter noises. To solve this issue, we propose a detection method that adapts to brightness and jitter for video inter-frame forgery.

To clarify crucial key micro-RNAs and mRNAs associated with hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) virus infection, we conducted this bioinformatics analysis from four GEO datasets. The following datasets were used for the analysis: GSE85829, GSE94551, GSE52780, and GSE45589. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were acquired, and the analysis of functional and pathway enrichment and the relative regulatory network were conducted.

Article Synopsis
  • Chemo-resistance in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) is linked to the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process, which enhances the cancer's invasiveness.
  • A long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) named CILA1 was identified as a key regulator that promotes chemo-resistance and EMT in TSCC cells, while reducing its expression can enhance chemo-sensitivity and inhibit invasiveness.
  • CILA1 works by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, and its high levels are associated with poor patient prognosis, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for TSCC treatment.
