Immunomodulatory agent lenalidomide is effective in treating follicular lymphoma (FL). We conducted the first trial of immunotherapy rituximab plus lenalidomide in newly diagnosed FL in China (NCT03715309). One-hundred and fifteen patients were enrolled and treated with rituximab 375 mg/m intravenously on day 0 and lenalidomide 25 mg orally on day 1-10 for 6 cycles of induction treatment, as well as lenalidomide for 6 cycles and rituximab for 8 cycles of maintenance treatment.

Utilizing corn straw (CS) mainly composed of lignocellulose to prepare physically modified biochar (PCSB) via cold isostatic pressing (CIP) in order to increase the biochar' s Hg (II) adsorption capacity. The multiplug filtration clean-up (m-PFC) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) pretreatment methods were employed to process 8 representative matrices in fruits, vegetables, and edible fungi, respectively. 37 pesticide residues were determined using gas chromatography equipped with ECD and FPD detectors. In this study, rice straw was pretreated using by cold isostatic pressure to disrupt its microstructure and improve the performance of anaerobic digestion, and the optimal process parameters were optimized using the response surface methodology. The results showed that cold isostatic pressure pretreatment under optimal conditions (pressure of 400 MPa and holding time of 9 min) was effective in disrupting the structure of rice straw and improving its biodegradability. The cumulative methane production of the cold isostatic pressure pretreatment group increased by 76% compared to the untreated group.
