Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of time-dependent diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (td-dMRI) and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI)-based kinetic heterogeneity in differentiating suspicious breast lesions (categorised as Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System 4 or 5).
Methods: This prospective study included 51 females with suspicious breast lesions who underwent preoperative breast MRI, including DCE-MRI and td-dMRI. Six kinetic parameters, namely peak, persistent, plateau, washout component, predominant curve type, and heterogeneity, were extracted from the DCE series using MATLAB and SPM software.
Background: Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) using radioisotope tracer plus blue dye is the gold standard after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in initially cN1 breast cancer patients, but clinical use still has limitations. This study aims to examine diagnostic performance of dual indocyanine green (ICG) and methylene blue tracing for SLNB in patients who have completed NAC for breast cancer with initially cN1 disease.
Methods: Adult women (20-80 years of age) scheduled to undergo NAC for biopsy-proven cT0-3N1M0 primary invasive breast cancer were consecutively enrolled in this prospective, multicenter, cohort study.

The aim of our study was to determine the frequency of low HER2 expression among HER2-negative breast cancers and compare the clinicopathological features and prognosis of HER2-low patients with those of HER2-zero patients.
Methods: We collected the data of 684 patients with primary HER2-negative breast cancer who underwent surgery between January 2012 and September 2021 from our self-built database.
Protonic ceramic electrochemical cells (PCECs) offer promising paths for energy storage and conversion. Despite considerable achievements made, PCECs still face challenges such as physiochemical compatibility between componenets and suboptimal solid-solid contact at the interfaces between the electrolytes and electrodes.
