Cardioneuroablation for carotid sinus syndrome mediated by complete atrioventricular block.

Carotid sinus syndrome (CSS) is a rare condition leading to recurrent syncope. Permanent pacemaker implantation is the mainstay treatment of cardioinhibitory CSS. In this report, we present a CSS patient with reproducible atrioventricular block during carotid massage, who was treated with cardioneuroablation.

Thrombotic Complication of COVID-19: A Case Report of Acute Saphenous Vein Graft Thrombosis in a Newly Diagnosed Patient.

A 63-year-old man with active COVID-19 infection and a history of coronary artery bypass grafting presented with acute thrombotic occlusion of saphenous venous graft which was anastomosed to the left anterior descending artery. Initial antegrade approach, complicated by a small leakage in the distal left anterior descending artery, was later converted to a retrograde approach via occluded saphenous vein graft. After successful stenting, TIMI 3 flow was achieved.

Marjolin's Ulcer Presenting with In-Transit Metastases: A Case Report and Literature Review.

Marjolin's ulcer is an aggressive cutaneous malignancy common in previously traumatized or chronically inflamed skin. It has high regional metastasis and fatality rates. Our patient presented with subcutaneous nodules and ulcerations on the right limb.

Objective: Delusional Infestation (DI) is a relatively rare condition with a fixed belief of being infested with living organisms, despite a lack of medical evidence of such infestation. Although it seems to be a psychiatric disease, patients commonly are admitted to dermatology clinics because of skin findings. Psychiatrists can underestimate its prevalance, whereas dermatologists can miss the diagnosis.
