Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy presenting with 3rd-degree atrioventricular block.

A 15-year-old boy presented with exercise intolerance and near syncope. Electrocardiography showed 3rd-degree atrioventricular block. He was treated emergently with temporary transvenous ventricular pacing.
