Since the discovery of graphene in 2004, two-dimensional (2D) materials have attracted widespread attention due to their excellent physical and chemical properties in the fields of energy, environment, catalysis, and optoelectronics. However, there are still many key problems in the process of practical application. To further promote the potential of 2D materials for practical applications, macroscopic assembly of 2D materials is crucial for the continued development of 2D materials, especially in the fields of energy storage and seawater desalination.

The contents of seven types of heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn) were analyzed. Based on the single-factor pollution index, the Nemerow integrated pollution index and potential ecological risk coefficient of heavy metals were evaluated.

The objective of this study was to investigate the occurrence and accumulation of antibiotics and their potential environmental and ecological risks in vegetable fields in Kaizhou district of Chongqing country. The occurrence characteristics of antibiotics including tetracyclines, sulfonamides, quinolones, macrolides, and chloramphenicols were detected using experimental analysis.

However, the underlying molecular mechanism by which HS induces apoptosis in intestinal epithelial cells is still poorly understood. Herein, a eukaryotic expression vector for an HSP70 gene was constructed and transfected into intestinal porcine epithelial cells (IPEC-J2).

Studying the changes in the brain proteome induced by heat stress may aid in understanding how heat stress affects brain function. The hypothalamus is a critical region in the brain that controls the pituitary gland, which is responsible for the secretion of several important hormones.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA spiking neural network (SNN) is a type of biological plausibility model that performs information processing based on spikes. Training a deep SNN effectively is challenging due to the nondifferention of spike signals. Recent advances have shown that high-performance SNNs can be obtained by converting convolutional neural networks (CNNs).

Upon exposure to LPS, the proliferation rate of IPEC-J2 cells markedly decreased, and epithelial cell integrity was compromised. However, COS pretreatment significantly reduced these changes.

The previous studies have confirmed that the expression of piR-651 is upregulated in several cancer tissue and cell lines, including lung cancer. However, the mechanism of carcinogenesis and piR-651 remains to be elucidated.
