The clinical, radiographic, and molecular alterations in 7 individuals belonging to 2 families with clinical characteristics of cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) were investigated. The patients underwent karyotype and genetic sequencing examinations. Cytogenetic analysis did not demonstrate any alterations.
