Objective: To verify the accuracy of collagen-specific SNP mutation loci of Kele pigs selected by whole genome resequencing, and to excavate collagen-related genes of Kele pigs, so as to lay a foundation for further molecular selection.
Methods: Based on whole genome resequencing, candidate genes related to collagen trait of Kele pig were screened for gene annotation. Through KEGG and GO enrichment analysis of differential genes, we selected four genes that may affect collagen trait of collagen pig, namely COL9A1, COL6A5, COL4A3 and COL4A4.

Purpose: To evaluate the advantages and clinical utility of metagenomic sequencing (MGS) in diagnosing infectious uveitis pathogens.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 20 infectious uveitis patients (20 eyes) who received treatments at the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to February 2021. Anterior aqueous humor of the patients was collected and analyzed using MGS.
Background: Essential tremor (ET) is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative disorders, with surgery serving as the principal treatment option. This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of research in the field of ET surgery from 2004 to 2024, aiming to identify current research hotspots and inform future research directions.
Methods: This study employs CiteSpace to analyze publication trends, countries/institutions, authors, keywords, and co-cited references in ET surgery, using the Web of Science core database from 2004 to 2024 to delineate the research pathways.
Charge generation layers (CGLs) play crucial roles in determining the electroluminescence (EL) performance of tandem organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, acquiring negligible voltage drops across the CGL unit and high-efficiency multiplications remains challenging. Here, we propose barrier-free strategies to compose a high-performance p-i-n type CGL intermediate by introducing a Yb/HI-9 modification at the heterojunction and a novel n-dopant, Yb:1,3-bis(9-phenyl-1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)benzene (mdPPhen), as the n-CGL.

The water-rich zinc anode-electrolyte interface (AEI) and disordered zinc-ion diffusion are the culprits triggering corrosion reactions and dendrite growth, threatening the sustainability of aqueous zinc-carbon capacitors. Herein, a polyfunctional biomolecular, vitamin B6, is introduced into the traditional aqueous electrolyte for customizing the functional AEI and fine-regulating the interfacial coordination environment of zinc ions.

Drug repositioning, which involves identifying new therapeutic indications for approved drugs, is pivotal in accelerating drug discovery. Recently, to mitigate the effect of label sparsity on inferring potential drug-disease associations (DDAs), graph contrastive learning (GCL) has emerged as a promising paradigm to supplement high-quality self-supervised signals through designing auxiliary tasks, then transfer shareable knowledge to main task, i.e.

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are important pattern recognition receptors for the innate immune response and TLRs signaling pathway play essential roles in the immune responses to pathogens and inflammatory reaction. However, the evolutionary patterns and molecular mechanisms underlying their adaptation in amphibians are poorly documented to date.

Significant differences in the gas-sensing performance and morphology of ZnO samples synthesized with ammonium carbonate (NaCO), hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA), ammonia solution (NH·HO), and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) were observed. ZnO were confirmed to be impurity-free through XRD analysis, and their morphological features were characterized by SEM.

Nonetheless, the effects of bioactive polysaccharides derived from on colitis have yet to be investigated. In our prior research, we extracted a mannoglucan (HSWP-1d) from and found that it attenuates TGF-β1-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

Its main symptoms include elevated androgen levels, irregular menstrual cycles, and long-term metabolic and offspring health implications. Despite the disease's multifaceted nature involving genetic, epigenetic, and environmental factors, the role of alternative splicing in ovarian granulosa cells remains relatively unexplored.

Methods: Systematic searches were conducted on eight Chinese and English databases from inception to July 20, 2024, for relevant randomized controlled trials. The quality of included trials was evaluated using the Cochrane risk of bias (ROB 2.
Introduction: Acupuncture is beneficial in improving visual function for myopi periocular acupoints Taiyang can improve contrast sensitivity (CS). In this study, we aim to further investigate the impact of acupuncture at the limbs acupoints-Guangming(GB37) acupoint on visual function, and the neural mechanism of acupuncture at the GB37 acupoint improving visual function through electroencephalography (EEG) microstate.
Methods: A total of 22 myopia were recruited.
Objectives: This study endeavored to uncover the mechanisms by which Zhujing pill (ZJP) slows myopia progression.
Methods: We employed biometric analyses to track diopter and axial length changes in guinea pigs with negative lens-induced myopia (LIM). Through integrating metabonomics and network pharmacology, we aimed to predict the anti-myopic targets and active ingredients of ZJP.
Lenvatinib has been demonstrated effective in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamics behavior of lenvatinib and its metabolites remains unclear. To investigate the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamics behavior of lenvatinib and its active metabolites in advanced HCC patients, it is important to develop a simple and rapid method to analyze the exposures of lenvatinib and its metabolites in human samples. Here, we established and validated a simple and rapid method for determining lenvatinib and its three major metabolites, descyclopropyl lenvatinib (M1), O-demethyl lenvatinib hydrochloride (M2), and lenvatinib N-Oxide (M3) by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method.

However, two main challenges remain unsolved, casting doubt on their suitability as nanocontainers. The first challenge is their instability in acidic and basic environments, leading to structural decomposition and the second challenge is their mass diffusion limitation caused by micropore dominance and a small aperture size of 0.
