Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a common complication of diabetes and a leading cause of end-stage renal disease, characterized by progressive kidney fibrosis and inflammation. The transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy, and SMAD7 is a key negative regulator of this pathway. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of miRNA in the progression of DN.

These challenges often lead to the diagnosis of cancer at advanced stages, resulting in poorer outcomes for patients. The goal of this study is to enhance the accuracy of classifying ovarian tumours, with a focus on distinguishing between malignant and early-stage cases, by applying advanced deep learning methods.

One of the active proteins involved in enhancing healing at the nuclear level and in gene expression is catenin. Inhibition of Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3β (GSK3 β) phosphorylates and degrades catenin via the downstream Wnt signalling pathway, thereby stabilizing catenin.

For fast switching and continuous applications, hotplate or Peltier elements can be employed. However, due to bulkiness, they are ineffective for portable applications or operation at remote locations.

One such severe issue that could cause significant damage to the human liver is the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Several techniques are available to detect HCV under various categories, such as detection through antibodies, antigens, and RNA.

In the passive approach, the microfluids are usually driven and operated without any external actuators, fields, or power sources. Passive microfluidic techniques adopt osmosis, capillary action, surface tension, pressure, gravity-driven flow, hydrostatic flow, and vacuums to achieve fluid flow.

Present investigation was carried out to study the influence of fresh Azolla when used as basal incorporation in soil and as dual cropped with rice variety Mahsoori separately and together with and without chemical nitrogen fertilizer in pots kept under net house conditions. Results showed that use of Azolla as basal or dual or basal plus dual influenced the rice crop positively where use of fern as basal plus dual was superior and served the nitrogen requirement of rice.
