An Outcome Analysis of Pediatric Diaphyseal Fractures Treated Surgically With the Titanium Elastic Nailing System.

Introduction Pediatric fractures account for one-fourth of all pediatric injuries. Stabilizing the fracture, regulating the length and alignment, encouraging bone healing, and minimizing morbidity and problems for the child and family are the objectives of treatment for diaphyseal fractures of long bones in children. Our goal is to investigate how pediatric diaphyseal long bone fractures are treated with a titanium elastic nailing system (TENS).
