The present analysis examines the effect of thermal radiation on the stream of Maxwell liquid past a stretchy surface in the presence of a zero-mass flux condition. The effect of waste discharge concentration, thermophoresis-Brownian motion, and porous media on the fluid motion is also considered. Investigation of the liquid flow with waste discharge concentration in stretched sheets may lead to the growth of effective methods for disposing of waste and preventing pollution.

A non-Newtonian liquid motion across a stretchable surface is relevant to various industrial applications, including extruding plastic sheets and stretching plastic films. In connection with this, the impact of endothermic and exothermic chemical reactions on the flow of rate-type liquid via an oscillatory stretching sheet in the presence of permeable media with the Maxwell liquid model is elucidated in the present study. Scientists and engineers may enhance the efficiency of chemical reactions or heat transmission by optimising system flow and investigating the effect of reactions on flow dynamics.

Chandipura virus (CHPV) has emerged as a significant cause of acute encephalitis in India, especially affecting pediatric populations. This study aimed to analyze the temporal trends, clinical characteristics, and epidemiological features of CHPV infections reported in outbreaks across India. A comprehensive literature search on CHPV cases was conducted using Google Scholar, PubMed, and the Cochrane Library.

We present a case of iodine-induced allergic contact dermatitis in a 10-year-old child. The child had a superficial wound on the left knee from an injury and was treated with daily applications of povidone-iodine (PVP-I) ointment for three to four days. The child subsequently developed a worsening skin lesion that increased from an initial 2 cm to 10 cm, spreading over the upper part of the leg, accompanied by pain and scanty discharge.

The 5S methodology, rooted in lean manufacturing principles, has been adopted in healthcare settings to improve organization, efficiency, and quality. This systematic review aimed to synthesize the literature on the implementation of the 5S methodology in healthcare, its impact, and factors influencing successful implementation. A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane databases for original studies on the implementation of the 5S methodology in healthcare settings.
