Bowen's disease is a slowly progressive squamous cell carcinoma (SSC) with high potential for malignant transformation. In this case, we describe a patient with multicentric Bowen's disease for the past 26 years, developing growths over his left buttock. The patient had a previous history of growth developing over his right thigh, and was diagnosed with metatypical basal cell carcinoma (BCC).

Pseudoepitheliomatous keratotic and micaceous balanitis (PKMB) is a rare nonvenereal penile condition with a risk of malignant transformation. We report a case of PKMB in a 45-year-old male who presented with multiple keratotic growths over his glans penis after circumcision for long-standing phimosis. Histopathology revealed pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia and atypical cells.

Angiokeratomas are benign tumors characterized by proliferation and dilatation of blood vessels in the upper dermis. They are divided into widespread and localized forms. Background: The current standard recommendation is to avoid surgical interventions in patients taking oral isotretinoin. However, this recommendation has been questioned in several recent publications.
Aim: To document the safety of cosmetic and surgical interventions, among patients receiving or recently received oral isotretinoin.
Pemphigus vegetans is an autoimmune bullous disorder characterized by vegetating lesions commonly over the flexures. A 42-year-old female patient came with pemphigus vegetans presenting with interesting cerebriform morphology of the cutaneous lesions over the flexures. Cerebriform tongue, a morphology with typical pattern of sulci and gyri over dorsum of the tongue is a well-known sign seen in pemphigus vegetans.

The cutaneous manifestations of APS vary from livedo reticularis to cutaneous necrosis, and systemic involvement is invariably an accomplice in APS. Cutaneous ulcers with sharp margins can be seen in APS and they are usually seen on the legs.
