Methods: The ionic gelation procedure was used to synthesize the Que nanoparticles and characterized for their hydrodynamic diameter, zeta potential, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), FT-IR, and encapsulation efficiency. An easy-to-prepare pyrene-based Schiff base PNZ was synthesized by condensing equimolar amount of 1-pyrenebutyric hydrazide with 2-hydroxy-naphthaldehyde, and employed as a fluorescent chemosensor for in-situ cascade detection of aluminium (Al) and fluoride (F) ions. In DMSO:HO (1 : 1, v/v), the weakly emissive PNZ showed a significant fluorescence enhancement at 455 nm selectively upon the addition of Al due to the complexation-induced formation of a pyrene excimer. Schiff base PNZ and Al formed a complex in 2 : 1 binding ratio with the estimated binding constants of K=9826.

Parkinson's disease, a classical motor disorder affecting the dopaminergic system of the brain, has been as a disease of the brain, but this classical notion has now been viewed differently as the pathology begins in the gut and then gradually moves up to the brain regions. The microorganisms in the gut play a critical role in maintaining the physiology of the gut from maintaining barrier integrity to secretion of microbial products that maintain a healthy gut state. The pathology subsequently alters the normal composition of gut microbes and causes deleterious effects that ultimately trigger strong neuroinflammation and nonmotor symptoms along with characteristic synucleopathy, a pathological hallmark of the disease.

This paper discusses the idea of community data that was introduced in the Non-Personal Data framework in India. Our interest is to engage with existing commentaries on the definitional challenges around who is a community, how it is constituted, who it represents, as well as propose a framework to be able to explore how to address concerns of access to justice.
