Objective: To identify, summarise and evaluate evidence on the correlation between perceived and actual neighbourhood safety (personal and road danger) and diverse forms of outdoor active mobility behaviour (ie, active play, exercise, and travel) among primary-school-aged children.

Design: A systematic review of evidence from observational studies exploring children's active mobility behaviour and safety.

Data Sources: Six electronic databases were searched: Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, ProQuest and Web of Science from study inception until July 2020.

Objective: Although dornase alfa is a widely used, aerosolized, mucolytic agent in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF), its efficacy in relation to the timing of physiotherapy has not been tested. We sought to determine whether dornase alfa is more efficacious when it is administered 30 minutes before versus 30 minutes after physiotherapy/positive expiratory pressure (PEP) therapy in clinically stable children.

Methods: Using a crossover, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled trial, we undertook a 6-week study of the efficacy of dornase alfa in relation to the timing of physiotherapy at home.
