A 6.5 yr old castrated male mixed-breed dog was presented for clinical signs associated with hypoglycemia. Hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia was diagnosed as the cause of the persistent hypoglycemia.

Study Design: Medical records of dogs involved in motor vehicle trauma between 2002 and 2020 were reviewed. Signalment, mode of injury, injuries sustained, and treatments performed were recorded.
