Purpose: To assess patient experiences and perspectives following Gamma Knife (GK) stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) using frame versus mask immobilization.
Methods: Patients who received GK-SRS using both frame and mask immobilization were included in this study. One-on-one semi-structured interviews, led by a third-party expert, were used to gain insight into the patient experience.

With the lowest doctor-to-patient ratio worldwide (1:50,000), Tanzania has nearly 10,000 new cases of cervical cancer and 7000 deaths annually.
Objective: We report on the feasibility of visual inspection with acetic acid in the severely resource-limited Mwanza district and on the impact of intervening education on baseline human papillomavirus and cervical cancer knowledge.
Aims: To systematically review the outcomes and complications of cosmetic stature lengthening.
Methods: PubMed and Embase were searched on 10 November 2019 by three reviewers independently, and all relevant studies in English published up to that date were considered based on predetermined inclusion/exclusion criteria. Femoral neck fractures are frequently treated with open reduction and internal fixation to achieve anatomical reduction. This video demonstrates open reduction internal fixation of a femoral neck fracture in a 59-year-old man, performed through an anterior approach. Objective: Awake surgery is becoming more standard and widely practiced for neurosurgical cases, including but not limited to brain tumors. The optimal selection of patients who can tolerate awake surgery remains a challenge. The Boston Naming Test (BNT) has been proposed as an embedded performance validity test (PVT), though replication is needed to provide further empirical support of its simultaneous use as a cognitive ability measure and embedded PVT. This cross-sectional study examined BNT performance in a mixed neuropsychiatric sample of 137 patients with/without cognitive impairment.
