This case report explores the efficacy of warfarin compared to apixaban in managing antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), an autoimmune disorder characterized by recurrent thrombosis. We emphasize the constraints of direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) such as apixaban in APS management.
