Endocarditis after acute Q fever in patients with previously undiagnosed valvulopathies.

We describe 3 cases of endocarditis after acute Q fever in 3 patients with clinically silent, undiagnosed valvulopathies, including mitral valve prolapse, minimal valvular leak, and biscuspid aortic valve.
