The current cross-sectional descriptive study was performed to determine the effect of young adults' attitudes regarding social gender roles on perceived social support level in health behaviors. The aim of this research is to find the effect of mindfulness-based education given to ındividuals with substance-use disorder according to self-efficacy theory on self-efficacy perception.
