Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the nutritional status and determine the dietary diversity score in urban and rural school settings among Moroccan adolescents.

Material And Methods: We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study in public schools in Khemisset in the municipality of Sidi Allal El Bahraoui, Morocco.

We report a case of false aneurysm of the popliteal artery secondary to an isolated exostosis of the left femur in a 20-year-old woman.

Infectious aneurysm of the two primary iliac arteries: rare localization of Salmonella typhimurium infection.

Infectious aneurysm is a severe entity of the aneurysmal pathology, due essentially to a bacterial agent. The most frequently implicated organisms are salmonella and staphylococci. We report the case of an infectious aneurysm of the two primitive iliac arteries with Salmonella typhimurium in a 70-year-old man.

Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a major health problem among patients with cancer, its incidence in this particular population is widely increasing. Although VTE is associated with high rates of mortality and morbidity in cancer patients, its severity is still underestimated by many oncologists. Thromboprophylaxis of VTE now considered as a standard of care is still not prescribed in many institutions; the appropriate treatment of an established VTE is not yet well known by many physicians and nurses in the cancer field.

[Internal carotid aneurysm of dysphasic origin].

Extracranial carotid aneurysms are rare, but are of significant clinical interest due to the high risk of cerebral embolism. Despite considerable progress in endovascular techniques, surgical treatment of these aneurysms remains the golden standard. We report the case of a 50-year-old man who presented an aneurysm of the left internal carotid artery measuring 46 × 26 mm.

[Exceptional association of bilateral popliteal aneurysm with an abdominal aortic aneurysm in Marfan syndrome].

Marfan syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder with rheumatoid, ophthalmological, neurological, cutaneous and cardiovascular manifestations. Aneurysmal lesions affecting both the abdominal aorta and the peripheral arteries are not often described in the literature. We report a case associating a bilateral popliteal aneurysm and an aneurysm of the infra-renal abdominal aorta.

We report two clinical cases of peripheral arterial involvement in neurofibromatosis type 1. The first case was a 25-year-old female with Von Recklinghausen disease who developed a swollen tender mass around her left arm.

Successful endovascular management of postoperative arterio portal fistula.

Arterioportal fistulas are rare and mostly a result of late complication of gastric and biliary surgery. Surgical excision has been the therapy of reference. Endovascular treatment is emerging as a real alternative to surgery.

Background: Carotid paragangliomas are rare. Surgical resection is the primary treatment. However, when surgery is impossible, radiation therapy is an alternative potentially enabling local control with less morbidity.
