[Spindle-cell hemangioendothelioma of the pharynx managed by radiotherapy].

Spindle cells hemangioendotheloma generally reaches the extremities. Only one oropharyngeal localisation was described in the literature. We report the observation of a 41 years old patient who was operated twice for this localization.
