Case: A patient presented with simultaneous left-sided distal biceps tendon rupture and a right-sided distal biceps complete musculotendinous junction tear after lifting a motorcycle. The left upper extremity was treated operatively with acute repair, and the right upper extremity was managed nonoperatively. At the final follow-up, the patient reported full strength and motion with Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) and QuickDASH scores of 14.
