Iris abscess as an unusual presentation of endogenous endophthalmitis in a patient with bacterial endocarditis.

Purpose: To report the clinical findings and management of a case of endogenous endophthalmitis in a patient with bacterial endocarditis presenting with a septic metastasis to the iris.
