Methods: Autoantibodies testing was performed every 3-4 months during 2 years from disease onset in a cohort of children with pSLE and pSS.
Results: We enrolled 21 children with pSLE and 22 children with pSS.
Introduction: Postpartum mood disorders are heterogenous disorders and comprise postpartum psychosis and postpartum depression. Evidence is accumulating that systemic monocyte/macrophage activation, low-grade inflammation and (premature senescence related) T cell defects increase the risk for mood disorders outside pregnancy by affecting the function of microglia and T cells in the emotional brain (the cortico-limbic system) leading to inadequate mood regulation upon stress.

The accurate identification and prioritization of antigenic peptides is crucial for the development of personalized cancer immunotherapies. Publicly available pipelines to predict clinical neoantigens do not allow direct integration of mass spectrometry immunopeptidomics data, which can uncover antigenic peptides derived from various canonical and noncanonical sources. To address this, we present an end-to-end clinical proteogenomic pipeline, called NeoDisc, that combines state-of-the-art publicly available and in-house software for immunopeptidomics, genomics and transcriptomics with in silico tools for the identification, prediction and prioritization of tumor-specific and immunogenic antigens from multiple sources, including neoantigens, viral antigens, high-confidence tumor-specific antigens and tumor-specific noncanonical antigens.

Background: The neurobiological differences between women who have experienced a peripartum episode and those who have only had episodes outside of this period are not well understood.
Methods: Sixty-four parous female patients with major depressive disorder who had either a positive (n = 30) or negative (n = 34) history of peripartum depression (PPD) underwent magnetic resonance imaging acquisition to obtain structural brain images. An independent 2-sample t test comparing patients with and without a history of PPD was performed using voxel-based morphometry analysis.
