Substantial evidence has recently been gathered to substantiate the epidemiological correlation between this oral inflammatory ailment and several systemic health disorders, such as cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). It is worth noting that certain shared factors exist among individuals with periodontal disease (PD) and CVDs, like obesity or overweight, minimal physical activities, smoking habits, male gender, low socioeconomic position, advanced age, and limited educational attainment. Moreover, recent research suggests a distinct and separate relationship between PD and CVDs.

It was to explore the application effect of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) guided bone regeneration (GBR) combined with concentrated growth factor (CGF) in the implantation of maxillary teeth with insufficient bone mass. 78 patients with single maxillary anterior tooth loss and labial alveolar defects in Dazhong Stomatological Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into groups A and B. In order to investigate the effect of oral implant surgery on clinical treatment and oral function of patients with dentition loss, a total of 118 patients with dentition loss in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 are retrospectively analyzed. They are randomly divided into the conventional group and the implant group. The conventional group is treated with conventional dentition restoration, and the implant group is treated with oral implant restoration.
