A 53-year-old Chinese man presented with a painless left upper eyelid lump of 2 weeks' duration. Histopathology was consistent with angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, and also revealed neutrophilic infiltrate secondary to ulceration. After incisional biopsy, the residual lesion, which was not treated, developed surface keratinization over the next 2 weeks and sloughed off, leaving intact epidermis and no scar.
