Background: Pulmonary metastases are often found in advanced malignancies. Urogenital malignancies originating from kidney, prostate, testes, and bladder all metastasize preferentially to the lungs.
Objectives: This retrospective study aimed to evaluate the results of pulmonary and chest wall metastasectomy in patients with primary urogenital Tumors.
Actinomycosis can involve all parts of the urogenital system. Urachal actinomycosis rarely reported and was mistaken with urachal adenocarcinoma. We report a case of urachal actinomycosis that presented with abdominal pain and underwent laparotomy with the diagnosis of urachal malignancy pathology reviewed the diagnosis of urachal actinomycosis.
