Introduction: subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a rare and life-threatening cerebrovascular disease. Mitigating the factors that compromise patient recovery during neurocritical care due to SAH is of clinical benefit. Objectives: to evaluate the nutritional risk of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage using "The Modified Nutrition Risk in the Critically Ill" (mNUTRIC) score, and examine its association with outcomes such as mortality, time of mechanical ventilation, and functional status among survivors.
