Objective: Renal angiomyolipoma is a mesenchymal neoplasm composed of dysmorphic blood vessels, smooth muscle, and adipose tissue. Epithelioidangiomyolipoma is an uncommon variant considered potentially malignant. We report a case of renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma suspicious for urothelialcarcinoma of renal pelvis.
