Epidural lipomatosis secondary to indinavir in an HIV-positive patient.

A human immunodeficiency virus-positive patient receiving indinavir therapy developed a slowly progressive paraparesis. Magnetic resonance imaging findings were consistent with epidural lipomatosis. On discontinuing indinavir, symptoms gradually remitted.
