Moral sensitivity of nursing students: Adaptation and validation of the Campillo's tool.

Aim: Analyse the psychometric properties of the Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire in nursing care and to examine the level of moral sensitivity among nursing students in Spain.

Background: Ethical sensitivity is essential in nursing for patient care and decision-making. Assessing nursing students' moral sensitivity aids in developing training strategies for improved care.

Cross-cultural adaptation of the Scale of Perception of Respect for and Maintenance of the Dignity of the Inpatient (CuPDPH) to Brazilian Portuguese and its psychometric properties-A multicenter cross-sectional study.

Objective: To adapt the Scale of Perception of Respect for and Maintenance of the Dignity of the Inpatient (CuPDPH) to the Brazilian language and culture and to assess its psychometric properties.

Results: The scale was evaluated by 15 experts, and 239 patients from three tertiary hospitals in Rio de Janeiro. All participants signed a consent form.

Nurses are almost always present at birth and at death. The aim was to describe the similarities in nursing care between birthing and end-of-life patients under a humanistic and holistic caring perspective, focusing on pain management, anxiety and stress reduction, self-care and empowerment, and emotional and family support.
