Levels of T and B lymphocytes have been assessed in 117 patients with probable loss of pregnancy during its various terms. The results compared with those obtained from 47 females with normally advancing pregnancies and 25 healthy nonpregnant women demonstrate that during the normal pregnancy, the number of T and B lymphocytes tends to decrease while that of lymphocytes is increasing. The signs of pregnancy interruption, particularly pronounced in threatened premature labor are found to be followed with a pronounced activation of the immunity T-system.

The data indicate that myelotherapy is a valuable adjunct in treatment of depressed hemopoiesis in oncological patients, which allowed the course of radio and chemotherapy to be continued in most of them.
