Meta-analysis of nano-phytosomes: unleashing the potential of plant-derived compounds for advancing cancer therapy.

Nano-phytosomes are considered as an efficient drug delivery system for phytochemicals. Phytosomes enhance stability and significantly improves phytochemicals bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. Thorough meta-analysis of 93 articles, phytochemical versus phytosomes size, charge, polydispersity index (PDI) and IC values were investigated.

The present study investigated the effects of pembrolizumab liposome and nano (naked) forms in treated lymphocytes from head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients compared to healthy individuals. The level of oxidative DNA damage induced by hydrogen peroxide (HO) was also investigated.
