Beyond the Norm: Unveiling a Dermoid Cyst in an Inguinal Hernia Case.

This case report focuses on a rare presentation of within an inguinal hernia in a 15-year-old male patient. The patient presented with a four-day history of a persistent, non-reducible, physical exertion-related bulge in the left groin area, which improved upon lying supine. Ultrasound investigations revealed a complex cystic structure resembling a dermoid cyst within a left direct inguinal hernia.

Background And Objective: Scanty reports from the middle east and north Africa (MENA) region have been published on multiple myeloma (MM). Multiple myeloma registry has been established at Jordan University Hospital (JUH) since 2009. Our work aims to review this Multiple Myeloma registry with data from 113 patients diagnosed with MM at JUH and analyze their management and course.
