Background: Dermatological aesthetic treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies, have gained popularity around the world. In Saudi Arabia, where beauty standards are of significant cultural importance, demand for these treatments is on the rise. However, there is limited research on the general public's knowledge and perceptions of these procedures.

A Case Report of Giant Posterior Cerebral Artery Aneurysm.

Cerebral aneurysms, characterized by localized arterial dilations, represent a significant neurological concern, often remaining asymptomatic until a critical event triggers clinical manifestation. We present the case of a 64-year-old male who presented with a severe headache and visual disturbances. The diagnostic workup revealed significant dilatation of the right posterior cerebral artery, confirmed as a large aneurysm through magnetic resonance angiography.

Gastrostomy Tube Insertion Complications and Patient Care Outcomes in a Tertiary Care Hospital.

Background Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is a widely known procedure where an endoscopist inserts a tube through the stomach to provide enteral nutrition. The existing literature shows inconsistent results regarding complication rates, and very few studies have examined the relationship between patient characteristics and PEG outcomes. Therefore, we aimed to investigate PEG tube insertion outcomes and determine different variables associated with these outcomes.
