Through a unique approach, unused and other steel waste are recast by simple re-melting with a flexible wide composition for generation of green energy. A microbial-assisted electron transfer derived from the degradation of the steel material is utilized for production of green energy in a microbial galvanic reactor system.

This study evaluates deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH) with skin guided radiotherapy as a tool for image improvement reducing motion artifacts.
Materials And Methods: Daily CBCT images of left and right breast cancer patients with well-defined surgical cavity on CT simulation were used for this study.
Background: Recently, a new generation of high-strength flowable dental composites has been introduced by manufacturers. The manufacturers claim that these materials have enhanced mechanical and physical properties and are suitable for use in a wide range of direct anterior and posterior restorations, even in high-stress bearing areas.
Aim: The objective of this study was to assess certain physical and mechanical properties of these recently introduced high-strength flowable composites in comparison to conventional multipurpose dental composites.
Optochemistry, an emerging pharmacologic approach in which light is used to selectively activate or deactivate molecules, has the potential to alleviate symptoms, cure diseases, and improve quality of life while preventing uncontrolled drug effects. The development of in-vivo applications for optochemistry to render brain cells photoresponsive without relying on genetic engineering has been progressing slowly. The nucleus accumbens (NAc) is a region for the regulation of slow-wave sleep (SWS) through the integration of motivational stimuli.

Sleep scoring is even more laborious and challenging in rodents due to the smaller EEG amplitude differences between states and the rapid state transitions which necessitate scoring in shorter epochs. Although many automated rodent sleep scoring methods exist, they do not perform as well when scoring new datasets, especially those which involve changes in the EEG/EMG profile.

Background: Cesarean section is a common surgical procedure that may be considered a safe alternative to natural birth and helps to resolve numerous obstetric conditions. Still, the Cesarean section is painful; relieving pain after a Cesarean section is crucial, therefore analgesia is necessary for the postoperative period. However, analgesia is not free of complications and contraindications, so massage may be a cost-effective method for decreasing pain post-Cesarean.

The aim of this paper was to identify laboratory parameters used in King Abdulaziz University Hospital which show an association with disease severity and patient outcome in the form of mortality.
Methods: Age, gender, medical history, and laboratory parameters were all retrospectively assessed concerning disease severity and disease outcome in a total of 111 COVID-19 patients at King Abdulaziz University Hospital between July 2020 and August 2020.
Background This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of standard at-home bleaching agents in comparison to new over-the-counter (OTC) products on human enamel regarding color change, color stability, and surface roughness. Methodology A total of 80 extracted adult human maxillary central incisors were prepared and arbitrarily divided into the following four equal groups (N =20): group A: at-home opalescence boost containing 15% carbamide peroxide (CP); group B: crest whitening strips containing 6% hydrogen peroxide (HP); group C: light-emitted diode (LED) home tray with 20% CP + 4% HP; and group D: white and black toothpaste containing active charcoal components. Tooth color was measured using a spectrophotometer.

Objective: To investigate the effect of two acidic agents on microhardness of nanofilled and microhybrid resin composite materials.
Materials And Methods: 70 resin composite discs (10 mm diameter and 2 mm thick) were prepared from 2 resin composites (35 from each type), nanofilled (Z350XT) and microhybrid (Z250), 3M/ESPE. Ten discs (5 from each group) were used as control (tested at 1 h before immersion).
Sleep is vital and the deepest stages of sleep occur within Non-rapid-eye-movement sleep (NREM), defined by high electroencephalographic power in the delta (~0.5-4 Hz) wave frequency range. Delta waves are thought to facilitate a myriad of physical and mental health functions.

Design: Prospective observational cohort study.
Setting: Tertiary fertility unit.
Introduction: Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is an important precursor of androgen and has been studied and researched extensively for improving the various outcome measures of ovarian stimulation in women with advanced age or poor ovarian response. Androgens also play an important role in the enhancement of endometrial and decidual function by regulating both the transcriptome and secretome of the endometrial stromal cells and have a positive effect on various factors like insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1, homeobox genes (HOXA10, HOXA11), secreted phosphoprotein 1, prolactin which are necessary for implantation. It is well-known that the circulating 'precursor pool' of DHEA declines with age more so in poor ovarian reserve patients and exogenous supplementation may be beneficial in such cases.

Because of the rarity of this condition, no much published strategies are available to tackle this.
Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate whether sequential administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) as a trigger at 40 h and 36 h, respectively, before oocyte retrieval (OCR) could correct genuine empty follicle syndrome (GEFS).
The basal forebrain (BF) is involved in arousal, attention, and reward processing but the role of individual BF neuronal subtypes is still being uncovered. Glutamatergic neurons are the least well-understood of the three main BF neurotransmitter phenotypes. Here we analyzed the distribution, size, calcium-binding protein content and projections of the major group of BF glutamatergic neurons expressing the vesicular glutamate transporter subtype 2 (vGluT2) and tested the functional effect of activating them.

The unique 3D open macroporous configuration of the anode and the microstructure generated by the composite coating provide voids for the 3D bacterial colonization of electroactive biofilms. This is attributed to the sizeable interfacial area per unit volume provided by the 3D corrugated electrode that enhanced the electrochemical reaction rate compared to that of the flat electrode, which favors the enhanced mass transfer and substrate diffusion at the electrode/electrolyte interface and thereby increases the charge transfer by reducing the electrode overpotential or interfacial resistance.
