Increasing industrial contamination necessitates development of sustainable water treatment solutions. Photocatalysis is a green technology utilizing light-activated materials (photocatalysts), which can degrade pollutants into harmless by-products. It is an emergent need to develop a photocatalyst that presents a significant advancement for sustainable water treatment and non-toxic to the environment.

Patient Concerns: A 35-year-old man with a history of seizures treated with 3 different antiepileptic drugs (carbamazepine, lamotrigine, and levetiracetam) presented with SE. The patient received 5 doses of diazepam to control the SE in another hospital and was transferred to our emergency due to AKI.
Background In the case of elderly patients suffering from osteoporosis, the primary objectives of addressing comminuted intertrochanteric fractures are centered upon the recuperation of the patients' pre-fracture levels of activity, the expeditious promotion of full weight-bearing capacity, and the minimization of the likelihood of further surgical interventions. The adoption of hemiarthroplasty as a method for comminuted intertrochanteric fractures is proven as a means of hastening the recovery process, enabling early weight-bearing and mitigating the problems associated with extended bed rest. The outcomes that resulted from the application of this technique will be evaluated and analyzed as part of this study's objectives.

We investigate the prevalence and characteristics of dyslipidemia in HD patients. Also, we aimed to study the prediction scores; Framingham risk score (FRS), and the atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk score; among this population.

This study aimed to determine the risk factors of hyperphosphatemia and its relation with anemia among hemodialysis (HD) patients. Secondly, it aimed to determine the prevalence of hyperphosphatemia and anemia.

DS play a crucial role in the discharge process since they provide critical information about the patients that is simple to remember and help with patient follow-up in the community. This audit sought to determine if a quality improvement (QI) program may have an influence on the severity of mistakes at the moment of discharge and to assess the existing degree of inconsistencies on handwritten DS for orthopaedic patients.

Presentation Of Case: A 60-year-old male was admitted due to fever and malaise for a week, accompanied by jaundice and reduced urine output over the past 3 days.
Unlabelled: Kidney transplant recipients are at increasing risk for reactivation of varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infection.
Presentation Of Case: A 31-year-old male was admitted with fever, chest pain, and dyspnea. Also, the complaints accompanied by generalized maculopapular, vesicular, hemorrhagic, itching, and painful rash with pustules and crusts on an erythematous base fill the entire body for the last 10 days.
Ureteral strictures constitute one of the most common sequelae of impacted ureteral stones. Uretero-ileal substitution is an established treatment for long benign ureteral strictures, measuring more than 2 cm, which are incurable by other less invasive treatment options. One of the common drawbacks of this procedure is its extensive nature and the urine reflux into the newly constructed ileal segment, resulting in urine stagnation and precipitation of urinary tract infections.

Three new frames have been introduced recently, and this study is set to compare them in terms of accuracy and efficiency in correcting a similar long bone deformity. These frames are the Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF; Smith & Nephew, London, United Kingdom), the Truelok Hexapod System (TL-HEX; Orthofix, Lewisville, Texas), and Orthex (OrthoPediatrics, Warsaw, Indiana).

Case Presentation: A 26- year old SLE-patient presented with seizures followed by confusion and cortical blindness, in the context of emergent HTN and MRI revealed PRES syndrome.
Of late, measures are being undertaken to curtail deforestation thereby to save the environment. In this venture, agro waste products are utilized for structural applications instead of wood. By this way, the α-cellulosic micro filler, which are isolated from Cocos nucifera var Aurantiaca Peduncle (CAP) through chemical treatment process, are systematically utilized as a reinforcing material in thermo set epoxy polymers as a replacement by manmade carbon, ceramic fillers and wood derived products.

Chest roentgenograph demonstrated paracardiac mass over lower left ventricle border, left pleural effusion and pulmonary venous hypertension. An echocardiographic study demonstrated intrapericardial mass posterolateral to left ventricle compressing left ventricular cavity both during systole and diastole causing septum to bulge into right ventricle.

In this study we have evaluated the utility of the protein as an siRNA carrier for anti Dengue viral and anti cancer applications using cell culture systems. We show that target specific siRNAs delivered using the capsid protein inhibit infection by the four serotypes of Dengue virus and proliferation of two cancer cell lines.

There exists a concern that mouse passaged strains of the virus may induce neurological complications rather than increased vascular permeability in these mice, hence the use of human clinical isolates of the virus to develop the AG129 mouse model of Dengue disease with increased vascular permeability. The present study evaluated four mouse brain passaged DENV strains, each belonging to a different serotype and three of them having an original isolation history in India, for their suitability to serve as candidates to induce rapid lethal disease in AG129 mice.
