The relevance of the study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can be explained by the persistence of unfavorable dynamics of the disease, even despite the achieved success in the pharmacotherapy of this pathology. In 2016, World Health Organization (WHO) ranked COPD as the third leading cause of death worldwide, far exceeding the experts' predictions, who believed that such an increase in the death rate would occur by 2030. This study aimed to determine the level of senior medical students' knowledge in the management of patients with COPD, based on the method of anonymous questioning.

The National Medical Research Center for Endocrinology (NMRCE) received the right to implement the development program of the World-class Research Centre "The National Center for personalized medicine of endocrine diseases" (NMCPMED). The objective of the NMCPMED will be not only the creation of a system of personalized treatment, but also the training of new specialists for medicine. Anxyolitic, but not anxiogenic effect was observed in acclimatized rats. However, acclimatized rats with posttraumatic stress disorder were characterized by hypofunction of the pituitary-adrenocortical axis, which is typical of this pathology, and reduction in corticosterone/dehydroepiandrosterone ratio.

This was expressed in a marked reduction in the number of dividing and DNA-synthesizing cells after the extract injection. The extract of cells of ascitic Ehrlich's tumour (chaloun) and its cell-free fluid produced a marked inhibitory action on the cell proliferation of this tumour four hours after the administration. The effect is tissue-specific, more pronounced in the extract and depends on the dose of the antigen. Eight hours after the extract or the cell-free fluid administration the mitotic activity in the tumour proved to increase in comparison with control; this indicated the presence of a short-lived chaloun action on the G2-phase of the mitotic cycle and synchronization of cell division.
