Seip-lawrence Syndrome (Three Cases in a Family).

A, rare episode of Seip-Lawrence syndrome manifesting in all three case siblings of consanpinous parents is reported. Two children we're male and one female. They exhibited low intelligence,' gaunt facies, depressed bridge of nose, large low-sct ears, thick lips and protruberant abdomen.

Villous adenoma of the ampulla of Vater.

A case of villous adenoma of the ampulla of Vater in a 40 year old male is described. The clinical significance of this rare tumour is discussed and the relevant literature reviewed.

Perianal condylomata acuminata in a male child.

A one year old male child presented with a perianal growth of two months' duration. Clinical and histopathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of condylomata acuminata, which regressed completely following topical treatment with podophyllin.

Donovanosls in North India.

Out of 365 patients, who attended S T D clinic of Lok Nayak J P Hospital, New Delhi during the period July 1975 to November 1977, 126 (3.5 percent) were suffering from donovanosis. 84 percent of the patients with the disease were aged between 20 and 40 years.

Third generation infantile syphilis--an unusual presentation.

A case of third generation early congenital syphilis with unusual features is reported and discussed. The infant presented with Livedo reticularis and an ulcer on the right forearm since birth; the underlying radius and ulna showed osteomyelitic changes with sequestrum formation and a pathological fracture. The rest of the skeletal system was normal.
