[Right atrial tumour and right ventricular failure - diagnostic role of echocardiography and cardiovascular magnetic resonance].

A case of a 66 year-old female with advanced right ventricular failure is described. Echocardiography and MRI revealed the presence of right atrial tumour. The patient underwent successful surgery and histological examination revealed lymphoma.
