This article represents a unique CT-based sign called the Mickey Mouse sign in a diabetic female who presented with abdominal distension and mixed urinary symptoms. The CT scan showed that the bladder was massively dilated but compliant without impacting the upper urinary tract. The subtle clinical presentation and the impressive CT scan findings encouraged us to report this case as underactive bladder syndrome (UAB) is underreported and underinvestigated.

Melanoma is a malignant tumor that develops from the melanocyte-containing epithelial lining of mucosal membranes. This case report highlights a patient who presented with an asymptomatic decrease in hemoglobin (HGB), which necessitated an upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy that identified a necrotic ulcerating lesion on the greater curvature of the stomach, which was confirmed to be a primary malignant gastric melanoma upon biopsy. The multidisciplinary team (MDT) subsequently recommended subtotal gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy.

Biologic therapy is the mainstay of treatment of complicated inflammatory bowel diseases, which has numerous potential side effects. Among these is a rare condition known as posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), which is a reversible neurological disorder that results in symptoms such as headache, nausea/vomiting, blurry vision, and seizure and is diagnosed based on specific clinical and radiological features. This report presents a case of a 19-year-old woman with fistulizing Crohn's disease who was treated with infliximab, but subsequently developed PRES, which was manifested as recurrent episodes of seizures and elevated blood pressure readings, was managed supportively with antiepileptic and antihypertensive medications and eventually made a full recovery, even after resuming infliximab.

A 53-year-old male patient presented with an incidental finding of a left kidney mass after being evaluated for elevated serum creatinine without having any symptoms. The left kidney mass was confirmed by ultrasound, computed tomography 'CT' scan and magnetic resonance imaging 'MRI'. Introduction: A splenic artery aneurysm is considered an abnormal dilatation of the splenic artery layers greater than 1 cm in diameter. First described by Beaussier in 1770, it affects 1% of the population but carries a major risk for life-threatening complications of rupture in 3%-10% of cases regardless of its congenital or acquired etiology. Non - iatrogenic ureteral injury is rare because of the well-protected retroperitoneal location of the ureter with an incidence of less than 1%. Furthermore, isolated ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) avulsion as a result of acceleration/deceleration injury is extremely uncommon and may lead to significant morbidity if the diagnosis has not been made early using CT scan with delayed execratory phase. Endourological management of partial ureteric injuries is feasible, however, uretero-ureterostomy is the standard of care for complete upper ureteric injuries.
