Venous thromboembolism is a one of the most common complications of cancer, which contributes to mortality in cancer patients. The prognosis of cancer patients with thrombosis is significantly worse. Venous thromboembolism can be the first manifestation of occult cancer.

This article presents patient who had been diagnosed for several months because of abdominal pain, vomiting and significant weight loss. Numerous gastric endoscopy examinations showed the difficult healing ulcers in the stomach, progressive thickening of the mucosal folds with narrowing of the lumen, lack of peristalsis and the rigidity of the walls.
