Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture in relieving diabetic neuropathic pain and to establish a more reliable and efficient foundation for acupuncture practice in diabetes care.
Methods: The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, Chongqing Weipu, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library were all searched for a randomized controlled trial research of acupuncture for DNP. Two researchers independently performed literature screening, quality evaluation, and data extraction.

Aim: This study was aimed at investigating the effects and molecular mechanisms of physical activity intervention on Parkinson's disease (PD) and providing theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of PD.
Methods: Four electronic databases up to December 2019 were searched (PubMed, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley database), 176 articles were selected. Literature data were analyzed by the logic analysis method.

The preparation and aqueous self-assembly of newly Y-shaped amphiphilic block polyurethane (PUG) copolymers are reported here. These amphiphilic copolymers, designed to have two hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) tails and one hydrophobic alkyl tail via a two-step coupling reaction, can self-assemble into giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) (diameter ≥ 1000 nm) with a direct dissolution method in aqueous solution, depending on their Y-shaped structures and initial concentrations. More interesting, the copolymers can self-assemble into various distinct nano-/microstructures, such as spherical micelles, small vesicles, and GUVs, with the increase of their concentrations.

The polymers, designed to have a hydrophilic phosphate head and two amphiphilic PPG-IPDI-MPEG (PU) tails were synthesized via coupling and phosphorylation reactions in sequence. These amphiphilic polymers could self-assemble into various interesting nanostructures in aqueous solution, such as spherical, worm-like micelles, vesicles, and large compound vesicles, depending on the hydrophobic chain length of PU tails and the initial polymer concentrations.

The assembled rod-containing block copolymer shows an exciting phenomenon of concentration- and pH-dependent morphological switching of well-defined nanostructures. In the solutions at pH 9.
