To establish a model to compare the lineage differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPCs), and differentiated blood cells, the mitochondrial mass (MM), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and mitophagy level were analyzed.
